Rochester International Airport is easily accessible by connecting flights and is about 8 miles from the Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic Area Hotel and the world-renowned Mayo Clinic. Taxis and shuttle services provide transportation to and from the airport.

Rochester, MN features many hotel rooms within walking distance of the Hilton Rochester via climate-controlled skyway system. The skyways provide quick and easy above ground access to downtown entertainment and locally owned restaurants and shops.

Directions & Parking

When attending events at Hilton Rochester, look for the Parking Logo which will direct you to available lots and ramps.

• Valet parking is $29.00
• We recommend Ramp 6 for self-parking; 6-12 hours is $14.00. Ramp 6 details.
• EV charging is 1 mile in the public parking ramp adjacent to hotel

Parking Meter Hours - Meters are enforced 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, except major holidays. Meters are not enforced after 5:00 pm on weekdays or on Saturdays or Sundays.

Accessible Parking - All Rochester public parking ramps have marked designated accessible parking spaces available. There are also a few designated spots under the skyway into the building on Civic Center Drive and on the Center Street bridge near Mayo Field. Vehicles with state issued disability plates or permits may park at city meters for up to 4 hours, except for 30-minute meters. These vehicles are also eligible for a 50% discount when parked in a cashiered municipal ramp.

You may need a visa to enter the United States, so it is important that you investigate. For those attendees needing a letter of invitation/confirmation, to start the VISA process, please email the registration at imconference@mayo.edu.
